Supplemental terms and conditions

This website has been created by ExxonMobil to:

  • Enable service locations to register for the ExxonMobil National Installed Promotions ("Promotion");

  • Administer claims for reimbursement to registered service locations ("Registered Installed Locations") in connection with the promotion; and

  • Provide communication tools to maximize the success of the promotion at the Registered Installed Locations.

ExxonMobil will use information you submit for the purpose of processing your claim for reimbursement and to communicate with you about the promotion or your claim for reimbursement. By submitting a claim for reimbursement, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your service location has registered for the ExxonMobil National Installed Promotions through this website;

  • You are authorized to submit a claim for reimbursement on behalf of the Registered Installed Location; and

  • The original coupon containing a valid bounceback coupon code, and for which you are claiming reimbursement, was redeemed at your location by a consumer for a qualifying purchase.

If you request payment via ACH transfer, ExxonMobil will collect the number of a deposit account held by the Registered Installed Location and will provide the account number and other information necessary to process the ACH transfer to a third-party payment processor. Please allow two to four days for the reimbursement to be deposited into your bank account.
