How long does the promotion last?

The promotion begins on March 1, 2020 and ends on October 31, 2020.

All online forms must be submitted no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2020 to be eligible for Virtual Visa Prepaid Card redemption.

How do I qualify for a Virtual Visa Prepaid Card?

During the promotional period, purchasers of the following will receive:

  • $15 Virtual Visa Prepaid Card for the purchase of an oil change with Mobil 1™ synthetic motor oil at participating Mobil 1 Lube Express locations.
  • $10 Virtual Visa Prepaid Card for the purchase of an oil change with Mobil 1™ synthetic motor oil at participating oil change facilities Featuring Mobil 1 (excludes Mobil 1 Lube Express and Walmart locations).
  • $5 Virtual Visa Prepaid Card with the purchase of an oil change with Mobil Super™ Synthetic, Mobil Super High Mileage, or Mobil Super motor oil at a Participating Location.

When will I receive my Virtual Visa Prepaid Card?

Please allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for the delivery of gift cards, following the receipt and verification of all required documentation.

Where can I use my Virtual Visa Prepaid Card?

Use your Visa Prepaid card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the U.S. The Visa is issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Pay close attention to the expiration date on the card. You will not have access to the funds after expiration.

How do I upload my receipt to the online request form?

  • Go online to mobil1.us/onlineform (the “Website”) and fill out the online form with your name, address, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, daytime phone number (including area code) and valid email address.
  • Upload on the Website, a photo of your dated receipt with your Qualifying Purchase circled showing proof of your Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period from a Participating Location.
  • The window to submit your request begins on March 1, 2020 and ends November 30, 2020. Your Virtual Visa Prepaid Card will be delivered via email to the email address provided.

I am having difficulty uploading the digital version of my receipt. Is there someone I can call for assistance?

If you have followed the instructions above and are not able to upload your receipt, please call 1-800-ASK-MOBIL for assistance.

What happens if my receipt cannot be verified?

If your receipt cannot be verified, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided with your entry, along with instructions to resubmit a valid receipt.

Why is it necessary to share my email address?

Your email address will only be used to help with fulfillment and delivery of your Virtual Visa Prepaid Card. If there is a question regarding the information you have provided, we will attempt to reach you by email or by phone (if a number is provided).

Will you use my email address and contact information for other purposes?

If you have opted in to receive information or other promotional information from Mobil 1, we may contact you from time to time. If you have opted to participate in this program, we will send you periodic emails regarding the program. You may opt-out of receiving emails at any time by clicking on unsubscribe in your email. We promise we won’t share your email address or any other personal information with anyone else.
